OK, I will grant that to walk on to a person's HOME property does have some interesting implications, but to walk onto the PARKING LOT of a public building (mosque, church, temple, store, hospital, school, ect.....) DOES NOT require a warrant, unless you are saying that the AIR around the OUTSIDE of a building that is NOT a home is "private", and if that is true, no one may breathe when at my business unless OK'd by me. Pretty sill idea, no?

Sure you don't have the right to have any bomb. However, to check for radiation on private property, the government needs to get warrants. It's not about protecting the terrorists. It's about protecting normal American's from the overreaching government. Procedure protects the innocent.
